We rented a Yamaha NMAX from Kaswijaya Rental during our stay in Bali. The hotel delivery and pickup service was very convenient, and the staff were genuinely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the rental. The price was fair and in line with the local market (150,000 IDR/day for a Yamaha NMAX).

However, the scooter we received had over 52,000 km on the odometer and clearly wasn’t “like new” as advertised. The rear tire was quite worn, so I asked for another scooter. They quickly brought a replacement, but it also had around 50,000 km and the front tire was similarly worn, so there wasn’t much improvement.

The helmets were the biggest disappointment: very old, heavily worn, and with scratched visors that made visibility less than ideal.

Overall, the scooter did the job and we had no mechanical issues, so the rental was perfectly usable. I just think the company should be more transparent about the condition of their fleet and invest in replacing the helmets. Thanks to the friendliness and excellent service of the staff, I would still consider renting from them again.

The service was excellent all around. The scooter was delivered to our hotel (at no extra charge) and picked up again afterwards. Helmets were included. On a longer ride, we ran out of coolant, but we contacted them via WhatsApp, received immediate assistance, and were able to continue our journey. The prices are more than fair; you almost feel bad paying so little for a scooter with this level of service.

We would definitely rent a scooter here again.

Great experience renting with Kaswijaya! The bike was delivered within 30 mins of me requesting it. Reasonable prices & could bank transfer to pay. They took pictures of the condition of the bike and sent to me so I had no worries of some of the things you hear about scooter scams in Bali. He also bought 2 helmets for me to try which fit best. Upon leaving Ubud my plans changed and I had to leave quite quickly, so I was able to leave the key with the reception of my place and they picked up from there with no issues. 10/10 and would happily rent here again. One of the best scooter rentals in Bali. The scooter is very nice, in excellent condition, and has good tires. I rented an NMAX and was very satisfied. I had an amazing experience renting from Kaswijaya Rental! They responded fast, prices were fair, and the bike was in good condition. They delivered and picked up the bike which was super convenient for us. I would definitely rent from them again next time I am here. Helmets are old, but that is pretty common across the board with rentals. If you're in Bali for a while, I recommend buying your own helmet new. It's quite cheap and you know it hasn't been dropped.
